And we are off again, in 13 hours.

So how do you counter jet lag? My solution is to stay up for at least 24 hours before getting on a 1 pm flight to Europe, especially when I need to be alert and responsive when getting to our final destination. That way I can get on the nine hour flight to Amsterdam and sleep the whole flight. Wish me luck!
